Why Latitude 9 exists
India is not a destination to rush through.
It's a country of extraordinary contrasts, where every day brings something unexpected. Alongside its famous landmarks are the quieter moments that often become the most memorable – a conversation over chai, the calm of an early morning, a hidden courtyard or a spectacular view that wasn't in the guidebook.
Latitude 9 was created because we believe there's a better way to experience India.
Our journeys combine the country's iconic sights with carefully chosen hotels, knowledgeable local guides and time to enjoy the places you visit. We don't believe in trying to see everything. We believe in seeing the right things, and enjoying them well.
For us, true luxury isn't about excess. It's about ease, authenticity, beautiful surroundings and having the time to appreciate where you are.

From your first enquiry to your flight home, you'll deal directly with us. We design the journeys, answer your questions and lead every tour ourselves. It's a more personal way to travel, and one we believe makes all the difference.

Meet Lottie
My love for India came long before Latitude 9. The more time I’ve spent there, the more I’ve come to appreciate that its true magic isn’t just found in the iconic sights, but in its people, traditions and everyday moments. It’s a country that continues to inspire me every time I visit.
Meet Matt
I’ve been working in the travel industry for over 20 years, and as a tour manager I’ve spent more than 15 years leading journeys throughout India and Nepal.
